01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the GIEPX website or engaging with our industrial services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and partners who use GIEPX resources.
02. Engineering & Procurement Services
GIEPX provides Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services. Specific project terms are as follows:
Quotations
All project estimates and technical proposals are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in the specific project contract.
Technical Compliance
GIEPX ensures all installations meet regional safety standards (e.g., UAE Civil Defense for fire systems); however, final site readiness is the responsibility of the plant operator.
03. Intellectual Property
All technical drawings, proprietary engineering solutions, software logic for filtration systems, and the "GIEPX" brand identity are the exclusive property of GIEPX.
Clients are granted a limited license to use project-specific documentation solely for the operation and maintenance of the commissioned facility.
04. Limitation of Liability
"GIEPX shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from plant downtime, raw material loss, or external delays beyond our operational control, including but not limited to global logistics disruptions or force majeure events."
05. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or our industrial engagements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
